Within the European Commission, DG SANCO is responsible for developing Health and Consumer policy and taking the lead in the development of new European legislation. DG SANCO’s staff has the challenge of working in a complex and rapidly evolving environment. To meet these challenges they must think and make decisions strategically and find creative solutions. To support DG SANCO, the GreenHouse Group teamed up with our partners the Creative Problem Solving Group to design and deliver training and support to help desk officers and managers improve their decision making.
