This workshop is designed to help people who are 'knowledge workers' work more effectively and efficiently.

The workshop is designed to enable knowledge workers to perform their work both efficiently and effectively, by helping them to:

• clarify their objectives,
• find, structure and store the right information,
• use appropriate tools and practices,
• communicate the results of their work to others.
