Blended Learning
Traditionally, the focus of learning investment has been on single face to face learning events. However, research has shown that the activities that precede and follow the learning are very important.
In blended learning the focus is not so much on a single learning event, but rather on the appropriate combination of a variety of different learning experiences provided by self-study, ‘e-learning’, virtual training and coaching, traditional classroom training, individual coaching and a variety of follow-up activities.
The potential benefits of a blended learning approach include:
-
increased effectiveness and return on investment
-
reduction in time wasted travelling to and from the place of training
-
greater freedom for participants to work at their own time and pace
The GreenHouse Group can provide support and advice on the appropriate learning approach to meet the learning goals.
