Traineeship Offer: Study of Workplace Trends (and Marketing)
We are currently offering a flexible three- to six-month traineeship (duration to be discussed) to a graduate student, ideally from a business school (due to the specific nature of the study – but others are welcome to apply, should they consider themselves a good fit).
The successful candidate will work on a research project in the field of learning and development. The aim of the study is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the needs of Millennials in the workplace. In addition to this, we offer opportunities to work in other areas, such as on our marketing development project.
General Description of Tasks
You will be responsible for carrying out a comprehensive and in-depth quantitative and qualitative study on the needs of Millennials in the workplace;
You will report regularly on the progression of the study;
If there is interest and time, you will also be invited to assist in other areas of our work such as the development of our marketing interface.
You will be required to work in the office at least two days a week, but will have the freedom to organize and conduct your research (and interviews) away from the office on the other days.
Profile of Trainee
Ideally currently enrolled in/recently graduated from a business school;
Fluent in English (this is of paramount importance to the quality of the written study);
Excellent command of research methods (quantitative and qualitative);
attention to detail; interpersonal skills (interviewing required); confident communicator; proactive; ability to work independently on research (but with support from GHG);
Willing to work with a small yet multicultural team (working language: English).
